The entire RRHA organization -our Board of Commissioners, staff, residents, and partners - strives to work side-by-side to improve the quality of life for many. Our work is a proud reflection of tradition and service spanning more than six decades. This Web site provides an overview of our accomplishments which underscore our focus, commitment and contributions to the success of the City of Richmond. RRHA has benefited from many partners who have helped us create numerous economic and business opportunities for those we serve. Through these partnerships we have helped many families transform their lives; and communities across the city experience a revitalized spirit, while we strive to provide effective service for our customers.
