The Richmond Redevelopment and Housing Authority (RRHA) is moving in a new direction to better fulfill the purpose of the agency and to improve the lives of the many families we serve.
Through its strategic planning process, it is a new day for the Richmond Redevelopment and Housing Authority. As we prepare for our successful future, on June 15, 2005, RRHA adopted the following vision and mission statements and values that will guide this agency.
