The Capacity Building Office (CBO)
at RRHA provides education, training,
and resources that develop our residents
and staff at all skill levels. The
CBO offers tuition assistance program
for residents and a tuition reimbursement
program for employees. Adult residents
can benefit from our open-door computer
lab and introductory computer classes,
while staff can take advantage of
our desktop computer courses. Our
professional development, financial
literacy and computer workshops are
available to both residents and staff.
