The Richmond Redevelopment and Housing Authority's (RRHA's) Communication Department is responsible for every aspect of RRHA's internal and external communications. The department answers requests for information and produces several publications - The HOPE VI Newsletter, In Focus, the RRHA annual report and brochures discussing RRHA's programs and services.

The Communications Department is also responsible for customer relations; special events; marketing RRHA's program and services; and public and media relations.
