The Information Technology, Planning
and Research department is a strategic
asset to the Richmond Redevelopment
and Housing Authority whose efforts
and resources are aligned with the authority's
business goals and objectives. This
alignment will be achieved via the development
and evolution of the Information Technology
Strategic Plan.
Our contribution to the success of the
authority is achieved by maintaining the
highest level of customer support possible,
for both internal and external customers,
through a philosophy of continuous improvement
and renewal. The Information Technology
department is responsible for all computer,
telecommunications and software systems
support and development. By closely and
proactively allying our resources to all
business areas we ensure that systems evolve
to meet the current and future needs of
the agency and its customers.
