RRHA and its partners CMN, LLC are developing
30 new single-family homes in the Rose
Avenue area of Southern Barton Heights.
Homes will range in size from 1,890 to
2, 170 square feet with many amenities
and will be sold starting from $165,000.
The homes will offer three and four bedrooms

Through RRHA’s HOPE
VI Revitalization Program, single-family

and other neighborhoods in the city of Richmond
